Daily class workout

We are not a globo gym. Zion Fitness combines functional fitness in a fun and social group class setting.

Personal training

Need some extra accountability? Or maybe some ongoing help with your technique? We offer 1-on-1 hour long private coaching sessions to help you reach your goals faster.

Nutritional guidance

Quality sleep and nutrition practices are the backbone to your health and wellbeing. We offer informal nutritional support to help boost your performance.

Specialised bias programs

We offer a range of accessory programs available to every member in their mobile app including, conditioning, functional body building, strength and Olympic weightlifting.

Machine weights

Unlike many other functional fitness gyms, we offer an entire section dedicated to machine weights.


We want our members to be the best versions of themselves. We offer a range of seminars with both internal and external speakers.

Meet team Zion fitness

Owner / Head Coach

Lachlan Bisshop

Coach Lockie has been involved in health and fitness since the young age of 12. He spent the next 14 years learning from the best in multiple disciplines; including bodybuilding, rehabilitation, strength and conditioning and track and field, in an attempt to bring a holistic approach to his clients training.


Joshua Muser

Coach Josh or Coach Moose; as he is affectionately called, has been passionate about health and fitness from a young age. He has competed in high levels for cross country running, soccer and golf. His focus over the past few years has shifted to a career in competitive Crossfit. Josh is a passionate coach, always quick with a smile or supportive shoulder to lean on.


Bree Westblade

Coach Bree played representative hockey for over 10 years before discovering Crossfit while trying to regain strength and fitness after an injury. Her passion for health and fitness flourished, as did her desire to teach and mentor others, often going out of her way to assist members outside of class times with both gym and personal struggles.
